  • Hayden Lake  Marathon: Saturday, October 19, 7:30 a.m., Honeysuckle Beach.  For registration and course information, please visit the link. 
  • Hope 4.5K Orphan Run: Saturday, October 5, 9:00 a.m., Finucane Park.  Register online at the link above or at Finucane Park on Race Day. 
  • Veterans Day & 2019 Distinguished Veteran Ceremonies:  Monday, November 11, 11:00 a.m., McIntire Family Park Stage, behind  Hayden City Hall.  Join us in celebrating our veterans on this  very special day. Presented by the City of Hayden Veterans Commission.  For information contact Hayden Recreation & Community Events at  208-209-1080 or visit  the link above.
  • Annual Hayden Lights Parade & Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony: Saturday, December 7, 5:00 p.m., McIntire Family Park, sponsored by P1FCU.  The  parade begins at Hayden Avenue and proceeds south along Government Way  to Honeysuckle Avenue. The tree lighting ceremony immediately follows the parade in McIntire Family Park, 8930 N. Government Way. Atlas  Elementary and Hayden Meadows School Choruses sing, followed by a visit  from Santa. CDA Area Activities - Highlights

  • Kootenai Co Farmers Market: Saturday Market May 11th-Oct 19th from 9 am-1:30 pm, SE corner of Hwy 95 & Prairie Avenue  
  • 2nd Friday ArtWalk: Every second Friday from April through December, 5-8 p.m. Stroll through beautiful  downtown Coeur d’Alene and enjoy the many galleries representing locally  and nationally acclaimed artists. Visit supporting galleries, shops,  restaurants and businesses for this free, family friendly event. 
  • 13th Annual GolftoberFest at the CDA Resort Golf Course on Saturday, October 12th, 11 a.m. shotgun start.  Taste the flavors of unique harvest crafted seasonal micro-beers and  ales throughout the golf course with complimentary Bavarian style  Bratwurst, Sausages and Hotdogs grilled to perfection and served all  day. The package also includes a special souvenir gift to commemorate  the day.
 
  • Cravin' to Play the Raven Fall Golf Tournament: Thursday, October 17, 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Circling Raven Golf Club. Shotgun golf tournament with $80/person entry fee to include: 18 holes, 4 person teams, GPS equipped golf carts, Live scoring via GPS, Tournament welcome and announcements, Casino Play, Beer and beverages on course, KP and long drive contests, and post tournament hors d'oeuvres.
  • Fall Fest & Apple Palooza: October 26 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.  The Coeur d’Alene Downtown Association invites you to come shop the  Harvest Farmers Market at 5th St. & Sherman Ave., 10:00am-3:00pm.  There will be free hay rides, harvest produce, music, food and  everyone’s favorite, Apple Palooza, apple tasting event throughout the  downtown. Pick up your maps and People’s Choice ballots at 5th &  Sherman.
